Lifeforce Records is proud to present French melodic Death Metal band DESTINITY to the world and to their roster. Formed in 1996, DESTINITY have been crafting their meticulous and utterly impressive brand of aggressive / melodic metal for over twelve years. Having released a number of records on French stalwart underground metal label Adipocere Records starting in 2002, DESTINITY began gaining recognition by playing high profile shows / tours with the likes of Decapitated, Enthroned, Immolation and Cradle of Filth. Gaining critical acclaim for their music within the European press, DESTINITY forged ahead and continued to craft their sound and live show. 2005 saw the addition of new members and the shift towards the more uncompromising side of metal that DESINITY are known for today while encompassing melodic elements found in their previous records. The band's first worldwide release (excluding France) and LIFEFORCE RECORDS debut, "The Inside," was recorded, mixed and mastered in August 2007 with Jacob Hansen (Mercenary, Raunchy, Deadlock). Hard work and perseverance are staples of DESTINITY’s focus and musical ethics. By the time “The Inside” is released, DESTINITY would have already completed a successful European tour with DEW-SCENTED (Nuclear Blast) and SEVERE TORTURE (Earache Records) and will already be back out on the road promoting “The Inside,” so be on the lookout, DESTINITY have the world in their sights and don’t plan on letting go.
