| After it has been quite for a while around Orlando FL's very own HAND TO HAND due to some bigger line-up changes the band is back on track now and has posted the brand new demo track "Love Muscle" on its Myspace profile, which you can find here:

The band is currently working on new material for their second album to be released in 2008 via Lifeforce Records. |
